Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Develop network monitoring tools and security protocols to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to optimize system performance.
• Analyze and resolve network performance and security issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance for network-related queries.
• Ensure network configurations comply with industry standards and security policies.
• Conduct network performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Document network configurations, changes, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• years of experience as a Network Developer, Network Engineer, or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with managed and unmanaged switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Knowledge of network security practices and firewalls.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for network automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
